Pousse Cafe is a classic cocktail that is known for its beautiful layered presentation. 바 스푼을 거꾸로 하여 잔 벽에 댄다. 각 재료를 순서대로 스푼 위에 조심스럽게 흘려 재료들이 비중에 따라 층이 지도록 따른다.
